Integrating Your Email with Your Database

In this video, I show you how to use Add Ons in Outlook 365 and Gmail to add Salesforce or Blackbaud (Raiser's Edge) to your email client. This will allow you to add emails to database records, and update contacts and accounts in your database from contact information listed in their emails. No more duplicating efforts by cutting, pasting and saving emails!
